The Borough of Bernardsville Civil Rights Policy applies to all officials, appointees, employees, prospective employees, volunteers, independent contractors, and members of the public that come into contact with municipal employees, officials and volunteers.

Nancy Malool was appointed by the Borough Council on March 13, 2023. She has previously served as Township Administrator in Long Hill and Assistant Township Manager in East Windsor. Ms. Malool, an attorney, has also served as the Assistant Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the NJ DCA, as a member of the Scotch Plains Council from 2002 to 2008, and as Mayor of Scotch Plains from 2009 to 2012. She resides in Scotch Plains.
